We had our family get together, so having individual rooms away from the main house was perfect.
The owners communicated well, very helpful and friendly.
Location was perfect for easy access to the riverwalk, but away from the busy/noisy area. Walking distance to most activities (.5 mile).
Rooms were clean, bed was super comfortable, and nice clean bedding.
Breakfast was freshly made and delicious (French toast was extra yummy).
The only downside for us was the A/C was a little loud when it kicked on, and the street sweeper came through the street picking up and leaf blowing for a couple of hours after midnight (right outside our room).
Overall, a great stay and definitely recommend for a B&B experience!

My experience with the IHG has been interesting. The room following a storm had leaks and some pests. I called the front desk and Christopher McClinton helped me out. He ensured that he got me a new room and ensured me that I was going to get taken care of. He demonstrated excellent customer service and compassion. Thanks to Mr. McClintons quick response, I was able to move to another room with no issues. More employees should emulate the traits of Mr. McClinton and management should take note of excellent service. Thank you Chris! I really appreciate you!

We have stayed at this location when we got to Fort Sam and we stayed again when we left. The customer service is great, the cleaning crew is so nice, and the front desk staff are awesome. The rooms are clean and kept up well. The breakfast was great and they had so many choices every day. The fact that they always keep coffee brewed all day is a nice touch. It’s in a great location on base being in walking distance of the exchange, the commissary, the dfac, and several food choices. I would absolutely stay at this location again

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The valet team of Jason, Ian and Walter are super friendly and take great care of you. Epiphany at reception is amazing and can make you some intriguing origami. The rest of the staff and crew are amazing. Superbly friendly. The rooms are clean, well appointed and quiet. We will be back!

I’ve stayed here several times now and have had zero issues. Stayed in only non-smoking rooms but they’ve always been well kept and no run ins with roaches . The beds were comfortable enough to get a good nights rest as well. It’s also a safe and convenient location with loads of restaurants in walking distance and quick access to the interstate. Ever in the area and need somewhere to stay , this place is worth the shot . The folks in office are nice and there’s someone always available thru the night if anything is needed for the room or if you need to check in late .
