I want to take a moment to thank Jimmy, the driver for this company, for his outstanding service. Two weeks ago, my client had an appointment, and unfortunately,the company was running 25 minutes late. This was especially stressful as my family member is wheelchair-bound, and waiting that long was simply not an option. When Jimmy arrived, he handled the situation with grace and professionalism. Despite the delay,he managed to get us to our appointment on time,which was truly impressive. His kindness, patience, and genuine care for our needs made all the difference.
